The experience is as important as the images.
Pictures last. So do the memories of how your photographer interacted with you and your family. Your photo sessions should be fun and personable. There ought to be laughter, creativity, and a sense of relaxation and ease, even for formal shots. Your photographer should be a calming influence on your day as well as a resource of service and information to you. That's how I do things.
